Madeira Lodge was an old contemporary 28-bed dementia care home when the owners decided to invest by creating 22 new ensuite bedrooms and new living areas.  Amara Hammond was brought on board to add a personal touch for the service users that provided in link to their traditional seaside surroundings in the local area.

On this project we oversaw everything from initial design concept right through to project management and interior fitout of the new extension.  We had great fun designing this new space, creating new and innovative features including a bespoke ‘Sweetshop’ area, Library corner and Activity Space!
